Welcome to "In My Own Words," and open devotional site. The point of this site is to take the modern idea of devotionals, and present it in a Christ centered artistic way. Each entry takes a verse or group of verses, and rewrites them in Bryan's own words, thereby placing the devotional text in the verse itself. Accompanying each verse is an original work of art by Sarah Rudy that was inspired by that verse.
Our aim for this site is to further your devotions by providing you with not only the opportunity to read devotionals, but openly participate. Our wish for you is to look at the orginal verse text, and comment with the same verse in your own words. Please see the terms of use in the "About this Site" link.
